Where is TrafficSwarm?

July 2, 2008

The #1 question we receive is

Where is TrafficSwarm? Maybe it’s the largest, the biggest, the oldest, most popular, etc.

Stats don’t lie!

Since our statistical testing of Hit Exchanges began in 2002, we’ve tested TrafficSwarm more than any other exchange, and continue to do so today.

Why isn’t TrafficSwarm listed in our rankings? Simple, it’s not ranked in the Top 20. And statistically speaking, it likely would not rank if our list was expanded to 50.

Yes, we know there are other ranking services out there proclaiming TrafficSwarm as the best, #1, the biggest and most popular in town. Well, we certainly don’t argue the fact they are the oldest and maybe the largest, but again stats don’t lie.

Where are the facts that prove TrafficSwarm is #1?

Statistical testing data VS Anecdotal Evidence.

What is Anecdotal Evidence, and most importantly why we don’t use it in our testing/rankings?

We have tested TrafficSwarm extensively over the years and continue to do so today. Thousands of hits collected and analyzed from a team of normal hit exchange users. Pro and free membership, creativity in advertising, many adaptations and still the same results.

One major problem we’ve always found with TrafficSwarm is large sitting balances. Sitting balances stink, no matter how you look at them, and we are talking about thousands of sitting hits that continue to grow.

What is a sitting balance and/or hit? These are hits earned or paid for that are yet to be delivered.

Recently, our testing expanded to include data from results. We closely track and analyze hits from app. 150 hit exchanges and receive data from more than 2000 sites. There are 2 numbers that highlight TrafficSwarm’s performance, and this is similar to what we’ve seen from TrafficSwarm for years now.

1. Bounce Rate

On average, most manual hit exchanges will experience a bounce rate of around 55%. Bounce rate reveals action on a web page of any kind. The percentage represents the amount of people who leave a web page without doing anything. They do not scroll, view another page, click a button for more info, nothing. The lower percentage is best and the best manual hit exchanges will experience a bounce rate of around 35-40%.

What about TrafficSwarm? In our last report, TrafficSwarm’s bounce rate was 85.82%

Of the more than 150 exchanges we watch closely and the more than 2000 sites we receive data from, 85.82% is by far the worse we’ve ever seen from a manual hit exchange.

2. Results

We use multiple and various methods to track results and all free. All of the current Top 20 hit exchanges produce results. Most exchanges will produce results, at least over a 90-day testing period. Guess what? Not TrafficSwarm! No results of any kind over the past 120-days. Zero! And we are talking about thousands and thousands of hits tracked and analyzed at TrafficSwarm alone.

Consequently, where is TrafficSwarm? Why isn’t TrafficSwarm listed in our rankings? The fact is results matter and statistical testing does not lie.
